Natalie Clark is the new Medicare Compliance Attorney and Medicare Set-Aside Information from Atlas Settlement Group (MSA) specialist in the Atlanta office of Atlas Settlement Group. She is excited to assist clients nationwide with all elements of Medicare Compliance under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and to work with the team of Medicare Set-Aside allocators in providing assistance in MSA projections for use in settlement and for submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Ms. Clark began her legal career as an associate for a boutique law firm, exclusively representing Employers and Insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. Most recently, she has practiced as a senior insurance defense counsel for one of the Atlanta’s largest risk industry litigation firms. She focused her practice on workers’ compensation defense litigation and subrogation, representing Employers and Insurers in work injury claims. Her practice in workers’ compensation involved extensive work with Medicare Set Aside (MSA) allocations and Medicare compliance. Natalie has provided advice to adjusters, claim handlers, and attorneys regarding complying with CMS regulations for submission and approval of MSAs in the resolution of claims.
Natalie received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Georgia Southern University, where she attended the prestigious Bell Honors Program. She is a graduate of the University Of Georgia School Of Law in Athens, Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
