Pauline Fay is a Structured Settlement Consultant with the Albuquerque Office of Atlas Settlements Group, Inc. Her expertise is in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death claims, minors’ claims, environmental and workers’ compensation to include Medicare Set-Asides and professional administration. She also works closely with attorneys on non-qualified cases and attorney fees.
All documents are prepared in her office. This allows her to work closely with attorneys, both in preparing for a mediation/settlement conference and also in the preparation and execution of closing documents which very often are signed the same day a settlement is reached. She also supports the claims needs of reservations and pueblos in the Southwest.
Pauline has participated in all facets of the industry; with CNA and Transamerica in their Life Sales Offices; a Personal Producer selling life, disability, variable and fixed annuities; Corporate Office Manager for a structured settlement company and a structured settlement broker.
Pauline is a certified mediator, holds life, health and disability licenses in multiple states and held Series 6 & 63 licenses as a life and disability producer. Fellow of the Life Underwriters Training Council. Active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA); Member and sponsor of the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Association.
