Paul is a veteran of the financial services industry, providing comprehensive claims consulting to an ever-expanding national clientele of insurance companies, self-insured employers, law firms and Third Party Administrative service providers on complex insurance claim matters, offering innovative, assertive and secured financial solutions. Paul has forged long-standing relationships with many of the major US Casualty, Life, Re-Insurers as well as Excess and Captive Reinsurers internationally. Paul provides CE and training seminars and has frequently been a speaker at Association gatherings across the country.
Paul has spent over 3 decades developing multiple areas of expertise in claims resolution services specializing in Workers’ Compensation claims resolution, Medicare set-aside and the utilization of governmental trusts with a strong background in comprehensive claim review solutions. Paul is an experienced personal injury claims settlement negotiator on Bodily Injury, Medical Malpractice, Employment and Environmental claims. From 1978 – 1988 Paul represented Life Insurance Company’s providing a cafeteria of insurance and security products conducted fee-based advisory services to business and personal clients with the Massachusetts Mutual MML Securities.
