Joseph H. Parmelee is a structured settlement consultant in the St. Louis office of Atlas Settlement Group.
Joe began his career in structured settlements in 2020 with Atlas as an Office and Case Manager, and as of 2026, is transitioning into the role of settlement consultant. His responsibilities include attending mediations and settlement conferences, designing and presenting annuity plans to clients and attorneys, as well as preparing marketing materials for presentations. Joe has extensive work in the general liability, excess liability, mass tort, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation fields. He also has experience in the unique claims fields of the Federal Employers Liability Act, Long Short Harbor Act, and Jones Act.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance & Banking from the University of Missouri in 2024. In his free time, Joe likes to watch and play sports, listen to music, travel, and spend time with his friends and family.
