Fontaine Bergen is a structured settlement consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia. She works with attorneys, adjusters, and claimants nationwide to provide settlement annuity services in cases of physical injury, catastrophic injury claims, complex minor settlements, medical malpractice, commercial liability, and wrongful death.
Working alongside the nation’s top producing brokers and court-appointed Guardians ad Litem, Fontaine has overseen, assisted, and handled thousands of cases involving minors and incapacitated adults. She discusses settlement options with plaintiffs, prepares customized structured settlement proposals, drafts needed settlement document language, as well as assisting claims representatives with settlement negotiations. With previous experience in case management, qualified settlement fund administration, claims administration, and birth defect mass tort litigation, Fontaine approaches every settlement comprehensively and acts as an advocate for each client.
Fontaine is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association and earned the prestigious Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation through the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. She currently co-chairs the NSSTA NextGen Committee.
Fontaine holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a Business Certificate from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia, and a Paralegal Certificate from Emory University.
