W. Evans Byrd, Jr. is an Atlas Settlement Group structured settlement consultant based in Hampstead, North Carolina. He has worked exclusively in the structured settlement and recovery management field since 2006 with specialized expertise in grantor and special needs trusts and in mass torts.
Evans was previously a structured settlement consultant for five years at Ringler Associates where he reviewed cases for possible structures and designed proposals and settlement documents. Prior to that, he was with Cambridge Galaher Settlements & Insurance Services and The Halpern Group. He joined Atlas in 2015.
Evans received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 2005. He is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
