Susan Wendaur is a settlement annuity consultant based in New Jersey. Her responsibilities include preparing and discussing settlement options with plaintiffs, preparing customized structured settlement proposals and drafting required settlement document language. She will also review medical records to obtain age ratings and review and price life care plans using an annuity.
Prior to becoming a structured annuity consultant she worked as National Director and VP of American International Groups structured settlement department. In that role she trained the various claims departments on how to properly use structured settlements during negotiations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and MPA from Fairleigh Dickenson University. She is a professional member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
