Mrs. Linnell is a consultant who specializes in the areas of General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Workers Compensation, Wrongful Death, and Catastrophic injury cases on a national basis. She also works in the specialized area of non-qualified transactions which includes but is not limited to structuring of attorney’s fees. She works directly with primary and excess casualty insurance carriers as well as municipalities across the country. Her experience also includes working with large towers of coverage with multiple insurance companies and brokers as a resource for successful resolution of claims. Mrs. Linnell travels across the United States attending mediations and settlement conferences as well as providing training touting the benefits of Structured Settlements. Mrs. Linnell’s team includes her case manager Lynne Quinn who has over thirty (30) years of structured settlement experience and provides a tremendous resource.
Mrs. Linnell started her career as a Commercial Liability Adjuster with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. There she handled catastrophic claims and high-profile cases on a national level including attending trials across the country. Since that time, she has been a Structured Settlement Consultant for nearly twenty-five (25) years. Throughout that time Jennifer has been able to gain the trust of both insurance companies and plaintiffs alike during her career by slowing down and really listening to the issues and hardships at hand.
Jennifer received her BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Texas. She also has her CSSC designation (Certified Structured Settlement Consultant) from the University of Notre Dame and CMSS (Certified Medicare Settlement Specialist). She is also a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA). Mrs. Linnell holds life, health and disability licenses in multiple states and is appointed by all major life insurance carriers in the industry.
A current resident of Celina, Texas, Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Texas. She has a husband as well as a son (13) and a daughter (11) that keep her busy in her free time.
